Festival Transaction Services, Inc. Funded by $8.5 Million Investment
    Seattle, WA, December 31, 2013 – Festival Transaction Services, Inc. (FTS) based in Seattle, WA today announced that it has closed an $8.5 million investment led by Reverence Capital Partners, a New York-based investment firm. The former Chairman and CEO of Visa Inc., Joseph W. Saunders and W. James Tozer, Jr. also participated in the investment.


Saint Louis Art Fair Signs With Festival Transaction Services
    SEATTLE, WA April 19, 2013 - Festival Transaction Services, Inc. (FTS) today announced that it has signed a two-year agreement with Cultural Festivals of St. Louis, MO. Cultural Festivals produces and promotes Saint Louis Art Fair, which attracts 150,000 visitors annually. The Fair initially will implement the FTS vendor booth sales service using the FTS web site, www.festbiz.com. Saint Louis Art Fair, an award-winning fine arts and performing arts festival, is a growing influence among art festivals, and considered by artists as one of the best.

Ink Two-Year Pact
    Seattle, WA April 11, 2013 – Festival Transaction Services, Inc. (FTS) today announced that it has signed a two-year agreement with the 500 Festival in Indianapolis, to implement the FTS vendor booth sales service using the FTS web site, www.festbiz.com. The 500 Festival, one of the most prestigious community events in the U.S., adds a month-long festival leading up to the Indianapolis 500® on Memorial Day weekend featuring multiple events, from the nation's largest half-marathon to the one of our country's most prestigious parades.

Ink Two-Year Pact
    Seattle, WA March 27, 2013 – Festival Transaction Services, Inc. (FTS) today announced that it has signed a two-year agreement to implement the FTS cash management services program for BorderFest, in Hidalgo, Texas. BorderFest, celebrating its 37th year in 2013, attracted more than 85,000 visitors in 2012, and increased attendance to 91,117 in 2013.
